1. Services Scope

We provide custom websites, maps optimization, workflow automation, and geofencing campaigns for contractors. Our services are custom-scoped on a project-by-project basis.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Upon final project completion and full contract payment, eaksquad transfers ownership and codebase repositories of custom-built code to your company.

3. Free Tools

The Site Grader is provided free of charge, “as is.” Scores and findings are informational estimates generated from Google’s public data at the time of the scan; they are not a professional audit and do not create a client relationship. We may store the graded website address and its results to operate and improve the tool, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Performance Guarantees

While we optimize layouts and build pipes to drive leads, local marketplace dynamics fluctuate. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion counts, or revenue metrics.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without reference to conflict of law guidelines.
