At eaksquad, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data we collect. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we retain it, and the third parties we share it with.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an audit request on our website, we collect details including your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and details regarding your current systems and marketing channels.

When you run our free Site Grader, we store the website address you grade together with the performance data the tool produces (Google Lighthouse and Chrome User Experience metrics, a snapshot of improvement findings, and — where available — your Google Business Profile listing summary). We do not collect your name, email, or any other personal information for an anonymous grade. We keep a truncated, salted hash of your IP address solely to count requests and prevent abuse; it cannot be reversed to identify you. The graded website address and performance data are retained to improve the tool and to identify businesses we may be able to help.

2. Data Retention

We retain lead submission data for a standard period of two (2) years to facilitate client support and ongoing performance reviews. Site Grader results are retained for twelve (12) months, after which they are aggregated or deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

3. Third Party Processors

We route data through third-party services to manage email notifications and automation workflows. These include:

Resend: Used to manage fallback email notifications.
n8n: Used to manage lead workflow graphs and routing.
Cloudflare: Used to host and compile our web endpoints and store Site Grader results.
Google (PageSpeed Insights / Chrome UX Report / Maps): Used to generate the performance data shown in the Site Grader.
Google Analytics (GA4): Used to measure site usage metrics.
